New 2018-19 Workshop Schedule

I took a year off from workshops – because, ya know, LIFE! – but the hiatus is over and it’s time to be back in the studio, bringing people together so we can move and breathe and dig deep and share and feel and heal and laugh and connect with ourselves and each other. (If you’ve ever been to one of my workshops, you know what I’m talking about.)

I’m back on the road starting next month, hopefully to a town near you. First up is Dayton, Ohio, at

Speakeasy Yoga followed by Indianapolis at Breathing Space Yoga + Meditation and back to St. Louis

for my annual New Year’s Eve yoga practice. (This year at Just Practice Yoga in Maplewood.)

In 2019, it’s Present Moment Yoga in Washington, MO; Breathe Salt & Yoga in Jupiter/Palm Beach, FL; Anasa Yoga in Oakland, CA; Sukha Yoga in Austin, TX; and Three Trees Yoga in Seattle/Tacoma.
Also, a *VERY* special shoutout for the weekend of May 3-5 at Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health – my very first weekend retreat!!! More details to come on that but I hope you’ll consider putting it in your calendar now.

A few more dates will likely be added for the coming year – maybe Portland, maybe Chicago, maybe Dallas again – but this is a pretty solid start. And if you have recommendations on other cities/studios, just say the word, because I can’t think of a better time for us all to gather, in real life, and show what getting unstuck looks like. 👊

When Addictive Behaviors Make Us Feel “A Little Bit Crazy”

Oh, man. Here’s a thought that hits home. I had the most vivid image during a therapy session last week: Little Becky, maybe six or seven years old, standing in the middle of a circle, absolutely terrified. Around her stood all the inner parts who seek to keep her safe….
