MOTHER’S DAY GIFT IDEAS, ANYONE?

Whether for yourself or someone you love, I’ve got three gift ideas bound to bring a smile:

* First, a little love for the inbox: 31 days of insights and encouragement for the month of May – or as I so fondly like to call them, affirMAYtions 😉 We begin next week so sign up now!

* Next, membership in a weekly group that meets each Wednesday via Zoom. In THE CIRCLE, we share openly about things many of us experience but may not talk about – challenges in relationships, making scary choices, managing grief, finding our deeper selves, celebrating healing, spirituality, navigating change, everyday wins, and so much more. It’s a lovely, lively, friendly and supportive space. Join us!

* Last, the book. Every time I hear that it has helped change someone’s life, my heart skips a beat or two. I wrote it because I didn’t want another person to feel as stuck as I did, and I love knowing g it’s having an impact. It’s available in four formats – hardcover, paperback, audio, and e-book – and you can get it anywhere books are sold. (A great chance to support your independent local bookstore, too! 😃)

Thanks for keeping these in mind as you are looking for a little something special. 🩷

Overheard from the next room, my husband giving sugars to Sadie Jane:

“I love you. I love you, good girl. Do you know how lucky we are to have you in our house?” 🥹

Their bond melts me. Can’t even describe how wonderful it is to live with a partner who appreciates and adore our pets as much as I do. 💜

Friends, I heard something the other day I found both odd and disheartening – that FB doesn't really show the content of "old" or "big" pages because the audience is established and therefore doesn't need the same boost as newer or smaller pages.

Sigh.

This page is 10 years young and I know many of you have been around since early on. I'm frustrated that neither the OGs nor the newcomers are getting content you literally signed up for.

So, a favor... if you're seeing this, please engage by dropping a comment, emoji, pet pic, gif, meme, bad dad joke, whatever! And I'll do a better job of giving what you're here for, which is straight talk that'll make you think, boost your confidence, lift your mood, spark a fire under your rear end.

We are not stuck!
